Real JME Engineering Evidence
JME Projects & Case Studies
Selected industrial EMS, SCADA, energy monitoring and hybrid-power integration projects by JME Energy & Automation. Where JME worked through another contractor, the role is stated accurately as sublet integration work.
Use the engineering areas to move from real project proof to the relevant solution, technology and next technical step.

Punjab Assembly — SCADA & Energy Monitoring
Solar-inverter, generator, transformer-side and power-system data integrated into one SyncGen SCADA environment, including fiber-optic communication between remote equipment and the main power room.

Parliament House — Solar Monitoring & SCADA
Mixed-vendor solar monitoring and SCADA integration combining newer and legacy inverter systems, with dedicated metering used where direct equipment data was unavailable.

SolarEast 215 kWh BESS + Huawei Solar + Genset + Grid — Pakistan EMS Project
JME integrated a SolarEast 215 kWh BESS, 100 kW Huawei on-grid solar system, 100 kVA genset and WAPDA/grid supply into one SYNCGEN EMS environment for coordinated monitoring, peak shaving, valley filling and energy control in Pakistan.
Sazgar Engineering Works — HAVAL / GWM Pakistan Car Plant
JME’s flagship Sazgar Engineering Works project covers unified SCADA, EMS, synchronized gensets, WAPDA coordination, approximately 5 MW solar integration, automatic load management, VCB operations and weather-station monitoring. Sazgar Engineering Works operates the Pakistan car manufacturing and assembly operation associated with GWM HAVAL vehicles. View the Sazgar HAVAL / GWM Pakistan SCADA & EMS case study.
Engineering Areas Represented
These projects demonstrate JME’s work across industrial energy management systems, SCADA and centralized control, industrial energy monitoring, genset synchronization and load sharing, BESS integration, hybrid-energy control, retrofit engineering and FAT, SAT and commissioning.
How JME Documents Project Evidence
Each case study separates the client’s operating requirement, installed equipment, integration challenge, JME engineering scope and observable system outcome. Equipment ratings and operating values are presented only where project records or field evidence support them. Where JME worked through a contractor or procurement partner, the delivery role is stated clearly. This evidence-led structure helps industrial teams compare relevant experience in EMS, SCADA, BESS, solar, generators, energy monitoring and retrofit work without relying on unsupported marketing claims. It also provides a practical route from completed project evidence to the corresponding engineering service, allowing plant owners, consultants and EPC teams to assess technical fit before requesting a system review.
